The Senior Fabricator — Heavy Fabrication and Welding is an onsite, full-time role in Saginaw, MI, paying $22–$26 per hour. MKR Fabrication builds heavy-duty fabricated components and supports manufacturing operations. The fabricator turns technical drawings into accurately fitted and assembled components, completing welding and inspection work before assemblies move through production. Careful attention to tolerances, documentation, equipment safety, and quality helps prevent issues downstream.

What you'll do

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• construct base templates
• fit, align, and assemble materials within tolerances
• tack weld components
• perform welding and inspect and test completed welds
• document welds and project information
• operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely
• inspect shop equipment before use
• follow safety procedures
• record production activity in JobBOSS² ERP.
