Residence Manager — Residential Program

What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, train, and manage residential staff

• partner with the interdisciplinary team on individualized service plans
• oversee staffing, maintenance, and household operations
• respond to crises and incidents using approved OPWDD strategies
• maintain regulatory compliance and documentation
• coordinate medical care
• promote resident independence and community integration
• manage supplies and household functions
• maintain petty cash records
• perform related duties as requested.
