What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day business office operations
• oversee resident accounts, billing, collections, and accounts receivable
• assist residents and families with financial questions
• manage Medicaid-pending accounts and assist with applications and eligibility
• verify insurance and maintain payer information
• monitor balances and follow up on receivables
• process resident trust-fund activity and maintain documentation
• complete reports and financial records
• coordinate with facility leadership and corporate billing teams
• follow company policies and applicable requirements
• protect confidential resident and financial information.
