What you'll do

• Assist with prospecting, tour scheduling, reminders, tours, and CRM entry
• respond to member issues and escalate as needed
• support occupancy, sales, marketing, and financial goals
• help organize member introductions and events
• perform event setup and breakdown
• process member move-ins and move-outs
• answer phones and check in members and guests
• sort and distribute mail and packages
• maintain member files and access items
• troubleshoot printing, internet, and phone requests
• prepare conference rooms
• maintain the café and site
• assist with supplies, billing, and collections.
