What you'll do

• Represent clients in post-closing M&A disputes, including indemnification claims and representations and warranties insurance litigation
• analyze transaction documents
• develop and execute litigation strategy
• draft and review litigation filings
• work with damages experts and consultants
• conduct and defend depositions
• oversee discovery
• advise clients
• supervise and mentor associates and manage litigation teams.
