Customer Care Associate — Weekends Only

The Customer Care Associate role is onsite in Asheville, NC, with weekend shifts available Saturday 9 AM–6 PM and Sunday 11 AM–6 PM; partial days, single days, or full weekend hours may be available. What you'll do

• Assist patients and complete cash register transactions
• respond to inquiries and refer patients to a pharmacist when needed
• balance the register
• maintain a clean workstation and pharmacy
• stock retail items and maintain inventory
• bag prescriptions for pickup, shipment, or delivery
• keep patient information current and confidential
• prepare online shopping orders for shipment.
