Sales & Marketing Representative

Job overview

The Sales & Marketing Representative role is onsite in Nampa, Idaho, with work throughout the Treasure Valley. Compensation is $25 per hour. The position supports ServiceMaster of Nampa’s efforts to grow its restoration business through local referral relationships. The representative develops and maintains connections with businesses and professionals who may refer customers, explains the company’s water, fire, mold, and restoration services, and supports local marketing and networking. The role tracks outreach and referral activity and works with management on business-generation ideas.

What you'll do

• Develop referral relationships throughout the Treasure Valley
• visit insurance agencies, property managers, plumbing companies, real estate offices, and other local businesses
• maintain existing partner relationships
• conduct in-person visits, calls, emails, and follow-ups
• educate partners about restoration services
• identify referral sources
• attend networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and community events
• help coordinate marketing and customer-appreciation events
• assist with social media and local marketing
• track contacts, referrals, follow-ups, and sales activity
• collaborate with management on business-generation ideas
• represent ServiceMaster professionally.
