What you'll do

• Respond to apartment inquiries and schedule and conduct tours
• manage leasing from initial contact through occupancy and maintain communication during tenancy
• collect deposits, rent, and other move-related funds
• prepare lease documents and follow applicant screening procedures
• support occupancy and leasing goals
• maintain prospect, traffic, and leasing data
• review market competition and trends
• respond to resident complaints and follow through
• communicate service requests to maintenance
• inspect vacant apartments
• support marketing
• follow community policies and Fair Housing requirements.
