What you'll do

• Oversee affordable housing operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, LIHTC and/or Section 8 procedures, regulatory and funding requirements, company policies, and safety guidelines.
• Manage staff, budgets, leasing and marketing, resident concerns, maintenance, inspections, vendor work, and property reporting.
• Travel is estimated at 25–50% of work time annually.

Why this role
