What you'll do

• Lead payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
• prepare and present financial reports and analysis
• own budgeting and forecasting
• maintain financial controls and accounting policies
• manage and develop the accounting team
• coordinate annual audits
• ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable standards
• partner with cross-functional teams
• evaluate and optimize NetSuite and accounting technology.
