What you'll do

• Operate and change liquor bottles, wine boxes, soda tanks, and CO2 tanks
• return and replace empty tanks, kegs, bottles, and boxes by the end of each shift
• store supplies and dollies properly
• follow storeroom and cooler cleaning schedules
• keep edibles off cooler floors and properly stored
• stock and rotate coolers
• receive and store vendor or warehouse orders
• maintain side stations.
