What you'll do
- Provide procedural nursing care in the outpatient Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology environment during vascular procedures
- prepare patients, including assessments, IV placement, and education
- administer and monitor conscious sedation
- monitor patients during procedures and respond to changes in condition
- provide post-procedure recovery/PACU care, discharge education, and documentation
- collaborate with physicians, technologists, and clinical team members
- maintain accurate records and follow infection-control, safety, and procedural protocols.

Why this role
Per-diem schedule requires a minimum of two to three shifts per month; weekday and weekend shifts are available and shifts typically run approximately 12 hours. Requires an active Illinois RN license, sedation experience, and prior cath lab or ER/ICU experience.
