What you'll do

• Serve as an expert on approved enterprise generative AI tools and their appropriate uses
• partner with department leaders and subject-matter experts to identify and prioritize use cases
• design, test, document, and maintain reusable prompts and workflows
• define validation criteria and human review checkpoints
• support AI-enabled technology and data activities
• develop and deliver role-based training and coaching
• explain AI risks and limitations
• coordinate with Security, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Data, and Technology teams
• monitor adoption, feedback, quality, risk, and business value.
