The Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide role is onsite in Hudson, NY, at an assisted living facility. Compensation is $17.55 per hour. The Eliot at Catskill is seeking caring staff to support residents at its assisted living facility. The aide assists residents with personal care and safety needs, documents services, and communicates changes or incidents to the RN Supervisor. The role supports residents’ daily care and helps maintain positive relationships with residents and families.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care activities
• support safe use of equipment such as side rails, step stools, wheelchairs, and oxygen
• document services on the day provided
• participate in supervision with the health care team as required by New York law
• report changes in condition or incidents to the RN Supervisor
• communicate with residents and families
• protect confidential information
• follow dress and hygiene practices
• maintain reliability and punctuality.
