Provide direct psychosocial services to mentally ill patients in the community. Develop exceptional diagnostic skills and use behavioral intervention techniques. Provide linkage, coordination with, referral to, and follow-up with appropriate ongoing service providers. Provide information and consultation to other community agencies and other disciplines.
