Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works onsite in New Albany, OH. Compensation is $80,000–$95,000 per year. The role is part of Bierman Autism Centers' pediatric therapy services, with centers operating Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The BCBA designs and oversees individualized applied behavior analysis programs, monitors progress, and guides behavior technicians and caregivers. This work supports ethical, consistent therapy and the center's goal of improving outcomes for children.

What you'll do

• Meet assigned prescription and authorization fulfillment goals, averaging 25 billable hours per week
• conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration
• design and implement treatment plans and update progress reports
• conduct initial and ongoing assessments
• oversee ABA programs and behavior technicians
• document activities according to BACB and funder guidelines
• keep current with research and best practices
• provide therapy coverage and support assessments as needed.
