The aide provides personal care and practical support to seniors so they can remain safe at home. The work includes assistance with daily activities, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship, while documenting concerns and notifying a supervisor as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and support to seniors at home
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, companionship, ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• provide medication reminders, document client condition, and notify a supervisor of concerns
• maintain safe, unobstructed pathways
• participate in client activities such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
