Concrete Finisher / Form Setter is an onsite role in San Antonio, TX, paying $20–$26 per hour. The role joins an E-Z Bel Construction crew performing outdoor concrete work. The worker builds and aligns formwork, places and finishes concrete, and checks grade, slope, and quality against project specifications. The work supports construction of sidewalks, driveways, ramps, curbs, gutters, and other concrete structures.

What you'll do

• Read layouts, elevations, and formwork designs
• set, align, and brace forms
• install form hardware, joints, rebar chairs, and bracing
• verify elevation, slope, and alignment
• prepare form materials
• place and tie rebar and wire mesh
• install detectable warnings and embedded fixtures
• screed and finish concrete
• operate finishing equipment safely
• coordinate pours with truck drivers
• maintain safe work areas
• follow safety protocols and perform traffic control as required.
