Door Line Series Assembler — 1st Shift

The Door Line Series Assembler role is onsite in Rice Lake, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; overtime needs vary daily. Pay starts at $18.50 per hour, with an opportunity for an annual pay increase. Quanex is a manufacturing company serving markets including fenestration, cabinetry, solar, refrigeration, and outdoor products. This role supports production by operating and setting up machines, fabricating door screens, installing cloth, and completing quality checks. The assembler works with teammates to meet production targets, improve workflow, and follow safety protocols.
