Job overview
The Community Resource Navigator role is onsite in Rochester, NY, at $20–$22 per hour. The Center for Youth partners with youth to remove barriers, create opportunities, and promote social justice.
What you'll do
- Work with the Greece Central School District and TogetherNow to support families using the Neighborhood Navigation Center
- connect community members with health, human services, education, and government resources
- organize outreach events
- respond to family crises
- advocate for clients
- maintain client contact
- and report on initiative outcomes. The schedule is 37.5 hours per week, with 1–2 evenings available weekly as needed, during the 2026–2027 school year including summer 2026.
