Auto Body Repair Technician

The Auto Body Repair Technician role is onsite in Marion, IL, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is flat-rate, competitive, and negotiable; the posting describes a goal of approximately 50 flat-rate work hours per week, with production potential up to 100 when workload supports it. What you'll do

• Perform collision repairs according to repair plans
• disassemble vehicles
• repair or replace body panels and components
• complete structural and non-structural repairs
• reassemble vehicles
• use welding and collision repair equipment
• inspect fit, finish, alignment, and quality
• communicate additional repair needs
• and maintain a safe, organized work area.
