What you'll do

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate updates
• manage pre-boarding and onboarding
• maintain personnel and DOT files
• process employee status changes
• support recognition initiatives and compensation adjustments
• respond to employee inquiries
• conduct HR audits
• prepare internal communications and HR documents
• assist with workers’ compensation documentation
• coordinate company activities
• perform administrative and clerical duties.
