Account Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain customer relationships and regular communication
• address concerns and follow up on agreed plans
• propose and sell landscape enhancements in line with customer needs and business goals
• collaborate with the Field Manager on site issues, feedback, and service delivery
• conduct monthly property drives
• help ensure contractual obligations are met
• prepare and manage annual property budgets
• obtain customer approval for price increases and enhanced services.
