What you'll do

• Greet customers
• identify and deliver appropriate parts
• recommend related parts when appropriate
• maintain back-order files and notify customers or service advisors when parts arrive
• manage warranty parts and related paperwork
• maintain catalogs and price books
• process inventory entries and sales relief
• check received stock
• assist with inventory
• store and return parts
• handle special orders
• keep the work area and stock orderly.
