Part-Time Security Officer, Access Control

The Part-Time Security Officer, Access Control role is onsite in Alexandria, VA, with a Saturday shift from 3:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; compensation is $16.00 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services that support the communities and customers it serves. This role helps protect an assigned food and beverage production site by managing access, patrolling the facility, responding to incidents, and documenting activity. It also provides a fixed weekly shift, with the option to claim additional shifts when available.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols
• verify authorized access and maintain visitor, delivery, and incident records
• report maintenance, environmental, or security concerns.
