What you'll do

• Manage transportation accessorial charges
• review, validate, and approve invoices and billing requests
• ensure charges comply with contracts, agreements, and policies
• resolve discrepancies and disputes
• serve as a contact for carriers and customers
• audit charges
• maintain relationships
• provide historical data for contract negotiations
• develop standard operating procedures
• collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Transportation
• maintain records and support audits.
