The Community Manager, Affordable Housing — Ashley Pointe role is onsite in Beaufort, SC, with compensation of $24–$28 per hour. NHE’s Affordable Management Business Unit oversees affordable housing communities and supports residents and property owners. The manager is responsible for fiscal accountability, marketing, regulatory compliance, personnel supervision, and physical asset management for assigned tax-credit or Section 8 communities. The role also oversees leasing and resident certifications, staff development, and coordination with maintenance; schedules may include weekends and some holidays.

What you'll do

• Oversee fiscal accountability, marketing, regulatory compliance, personnel, and physical asset management for assigned affordable housing communities. Complete move-ins, move-outs, recertifications, and interim certifications
• monitor LIHTC, HUD, HOME, HTF, and Fair Housing compliance
• prepare for management reviews and inspections
• supervise and develop onsite staff
• coordinate property maintenance and resident requests.
