What you'll do

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow occupancy and revenue
• manage leads and prospect conversion
• build relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations
• lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in
• partner with operations on apartment readiness, documentation, and resident transitions
• analyze sales performance, occupancy, competition, and market data
• maintain tour-ready community spaces and accurate CRM, forecasting, and reporting.
