What you'll do

• Respond to 911 and transfer calls
• serve as the on-scene clinical decision-maker
• assess patients and deliver ALS care under Nebraska protocols
• administer medications by IV, IM, or IO
• manage advanced airways and interpret 12-lead ECGs
• provide ALS resuscitation and defibrillation
• operate the ambulance
• complete electronic patient care reports
• check vehicle and equipment readiness
• maintain medication and equipment levels and controlled-substance custody
• participate in quality review and continuing education.
