What you'll do

• Operate the plant safely and in compliance with permits and policies
• communicate production schedules and product availability
• set and communicate plant goals
• hire, evaluate, and manage personnel
• ensure training and equipment
• lead cost and throughput improvements
• perform month-end accounting and inventory audits
• schedule staffing, overtime, and vacations
• maintain production records and inventory and shipping accuracy
• support maintenance and preventive maintenance
• coach employees
• oversee HSE and regulatory compliance.
