What you'll do

• Maintain a safe and clean facility
• greet customers, identify and document vehicle service needs
• provide repair cost estimates and explain promotions
• obtain approvals and payments
• update customers on vehicle status and completed work
• handle complaints and resolve concerns
• support service-center operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
