Medication Technician — Caregiver

What you'll do

• Observe, report, and document resident symptoms and condition changes
• respond to resident call bells and security systems
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, continence care, laundry, and room cleanliness
• assist with medication observation and treatments using the medication observation record and Six Rights of Medication Pass
• restock medication carts
• maintain medication rooms and charts
• take and record vital signs
• protect resident confidentiality.
