What you'll do

• Manage civil litigation from inception through verdict
• conduct discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• prepare and argue Motions in Limine
• handle jury selection and trials
• prepare briefs and pleadings
• interview clients and witnesses
• attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• update clients
• represent public entities in high-exposure civil cases.
