What you'll do

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, HR reporting, process accuracy, data quality and documentation in Workday and/or SAP
• handle HR documentation
• administer data-quality reports and correct errors
• identify and advance process improvements and automation
• maintain process documentation
• support compliance with HR processes and policies
• collaborate with Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance and other stakeholders
• train new joiners
• respond to internal stakeholder questions
• coordinate with other HRConnect teams.
