What you'll do

• Plan, administer, and direct rehabilitation programs
• oversee daily department workflow and participate in the interdisciplinary team
• maintain a clinical caseload
• lead therapy staff
• review billing and documentation for compliance
• manage staffing, recruitment, orientation, development, retention, and scheduling
• support patient identification, case management, care planning, and clinical utilization
• coordinate resident therapy schedules
• evaluate in-house programs and complete required documentation.
