What you'll do

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules
• maintain knowledge of building codes and regulations
• coordinate project teams and stakeholders
• manage contracts, schedules, pay applications, and change orders
• review submittals and long-lead items
• lead project meetings
• oversee quality control and safety
• manage closeout, warranty, permitting, and payment processes
• coordinate invoices and project documentation.
