Account Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned auction customers
• resolve issues and provide proactive support
• translate customer feedback into insights for internal teams
• assess customer needs and recommend solutions
• facilitate performance reviews and scorecard discussions
• advise on integrating products into auction workflows
• monitor industry trends
• collaborate across teams
• manage support priorities and escalations
• partner with Install/Training during implementations
• maintain account records in the CRM
• administer support ticketing and CRM tools as needed
• facilitate troubleshooting, training, onboarding, and client-impacting projects
• travel up to 75% as needed.
