The mentor shares practical grooming expertise through hands-on instruction, feedback, and guidance on safe, compassionate pet handling. The role helps developing groomers build technical skills, confidence, consistency, and efficiency across breeds, coat types, and grooming situations.

What you'll do

• Coach developing groomers on techniques, safety, pet handling, and best practices
• provide hands-on instruction and constructive feedback
• help improve confidence, consistency, and efficiency
• share experience with breeds, coat types, and challenging situations
• identify improvement opportunities and help create development plans
• serve as a resource for the grooming team.
