Lead Service Technician

The Lead Service Technician is an onsite role based in Plainfield, NJ, with a pay range of $25.08 – $35.12 per hour. The technician conducts quality control audits, assists with safety meetings, and ensures that all service guidelines are met to maintain customer satisfaction and operational safety.

What you'll do

• Conduct random quality control audits on portable restrooms, sinks, and holding tanks.
• Assist with accident investigations and safety tailgate meetings.
• Serve as a resource for drivers regarding vehicle issues and report deficiencies.
• Act as a primary contact for customer service issues.
• Assist with training and re-training of drivers.
• Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections.
• Operate service trucks to and from work sites.
• Maintain truck logs according to regulations.
