Regional Director

What you'll do

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of properties
• lead, coach, and support General Managers
• partner with executive leadership on regional goals
• build relationships with boards and stakeholders
• oversee financial performance, budgeting, and process improvements
• address underperforming properties
• ensure staffing and team development
• support business development and onboarding
• ensure compliance
• travel to properties and attend board and community meetings as needed.
