Property Manager — Maintenance Coordination

What you'll do

• Process work orders
• coordinate vendor bids, selection, and repair scheduling
• obtain owner approvals
• conduct site visits and confirm completed work as directed
• follow up with tenants
• escalate emergency or significant work orders
• complete monthly move-out inspections and property visits
• coordinate property improvements and tenant turns
• manage invoices and tenant chargebacks
• resolve work-order complaints
• and ensure work orders follow applicable health and safety standards.
