What you'll do

• Develop and execute total rewards strategy
• assess compensation programs and recommend improvements
• lead benchmarking and maintain salary structures, pay grades, incentive plans, and governance
• assess pay equity and compensation risks
• partner with executives and Finance on workforce costs
• lead benefits strategy, renewals, vendor relationships, and communications
• develop a multiyear roadmap for growth
• improve processes and technology
• ensure compliance with applicable compensation and benefits requirements
• and maintain dashboards and workforce analytics.
