What you'll do

• Administer and document medications
• maintain medical records and medication areas
• accompany residents to appointments and follow care plans
• lead emergency drills and follow safety protocols
• implement Individual Support Plans and track progress
• support daily living, personal care, and community engagement
• collect behavioral data
• serve as on-site lead when the Residential Manager is away
• mentor DSPs
• communicate with families, staff, and leadership
• assist with household tasks, meal preparation, transportation, and records.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and a valid Oregon driver’s license with three years of driving experience are required. I/DD or residential-care experience is preferred but not required. The posting lists OIS, CPR, First Aid, and BBP certifications.
