What you'll do

• Clean resident apartments and common areas
• dust and replenish supplies
• empty trash and recyclables
• use and store cleaning products and equipment safely
• report damage, maintenance concerns, hazards, or equipment issues
• collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, hang, and return resident laundry
• keep resident laundry separate and follow garment care instructions
• complete flat laundry
• maintain organized laundry and storage areas
• use and maintain equipment properly.
