What you'll do

• Review incoming sales contracts against standard terms and risk tolerance
• identify negotiation needs
• negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions where appropriate
• escalate exceptions with recommendations
• maintain the contract management system
• create workflows, templates, playbooks, and decision guidelines
• identify process bottlenecks
• partner with Legal, Sales, and other departments
• support complex matters requiring attorney review
• communicate contract status to customers
• coach team members on contract basics and escalation paths.
