What you'll do

• Advise strategic clients on technical topics, including performance best practices and platform multidimensionality
• partner with Customer Success on strategies aligned to client roadmaps and challenges
• run workspace audits and help industrialize them with AI-assisted tooling
• build and enrich the Success Plan offering with repeatable AI-augmented delivery modules
• collaborate with Product and R&D to surface platform enhancement opportunities.
