The role also provides real-time coaching and education to support evidence-based care and hospital practices.

What you'll do

• Round on and assess patients
• use MEWS scores, medical history, admission location, and other indicators to prioritize high-risk assessments
• respond to Code Blue, Rapid Response, BAT Alerts, and nurse requests
• evaluate care and practices for policy and evidence-based compliance
• collaborate with clinical departments
• coach and educate staff.
