What you'll do

• Complete nursing assessments and documentation
• monitor vital signs
• administer and document medications, including psychotropic and PRN medications
• monitor infection control and respond to injuries and emergencies
• communicate with physicians, guardians, and treatment teams
• support dietary needs, treatment planning, staff training, and patient education
• assist with specimen collection and pharmacy coordination.
