The Manager, Corporate Finance & Treasury role is onsite in Omaha, NE. Compensation is $120,000–$150,000 per year. Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is a full-service lending company offering residential mortgage, refinancing, specialty, and reverse mortgage products. The manager oversees treasury operations and cash management while leading financial planning and analysis activities. The role strengthens controls, forecasts liquidity and cash flow, prepares reporting, and partners across finance and operations to support sound financial management and executive decision-making.

What you'll do

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for banking platform partners
• manage bank account governance and access controls
• oversee custodial account liquidity and treasury fraud-prevention controls
• maintain payment approval workflows and treasury policies
• manage daily cash positioning and cash flow forecasts
• coordinate intercompany cash movements
• oversee wire and ACH governance
• identify working-capital opportunities
• prepare debt covenant reporting and quarterly financial statements for regulators
• lead annual financial planning and monthly reforecasting
• develop financial models and analyses
• create treasury dashboards and performance indicators
• improve treasury processes and systems
• partner with Accounting, FP&A, Capital Markets, Servicing, and Operations.
