Trinium Transportation Management System Consultant/Specialist

The Trinium Transportation Management System Consultant/Specialist role is hybrid, with three days per week in San Rafael, CA. The stated rate is $65–$75 per hour on a W-2 basis. The consultant supports transportation and logistics operations by connecting business stakeholders, IT, and the Trinium vendor. The role leads and supports TMS implementation, configuration, stabilization, and optimization so operational processes, data, and integrations work reliably and can scale. It also provides hands-on analysis, testing, training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Gather and document transportation and business requirements
• support Trinium implementation from discovery and configuration through testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization
• configure workflows, reference data, roles, parameters, and business rules
• coordinate EDI, API, financial, customer/carrier, and reporting integrations
• investigate data discrepancies and interface failures
• use SQL and reporting tools
• develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and manage defects
• provide production support
• maintain documentation and deliver user training
• support reporting, KPIs, release planning, and process improvements.
